Here are some quick tips and tricks to save you money and save the environment!

September 15th kicked off the beginning of the 2013 National Pollution Prevention Week. The Environmental Protection Agency put out a public service announcement sharing tips and tricks on how to reduce pollution in your home. Click the link below to watch their video:

1.) Turn off the lights
2.) Use products with recycled contents to reduce waste
3.) Repair leaky faucets to save water
-you can save over 7,000 gallons of water each year!
4.) Use Energy Star appliances and light bulbs
- you can save up to $400 per year
5.) Purchase "Designed for the Environment" cleaning products to help reduce hazardous wastes.
